William J. Hopke, President / CEO William J. Hopke has over 30 years experience in the investment and finance industries. He held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Dominion Capital, Inc. for 12 years managing a $1.5 billion investment portfolio of early and late stage public and private investments. Dominion Capital was a wholly owned subsidiary of Dominion Resources (“D” on the NYSE), a $10 billion utility holding company. Investments varied across many industries but included technology, bio-technology and the services industry. He then became President of Trilon-Dominion investments for 2 years, a Canadian based partnership managing similar investments totaling $2.0 billion. |

David Espenlaub, Chief Technology Officer As CTO, David Espenlaub leads the product planning and marketing activities for our real-time video technology and suite of web conferencing and team collaboration applications. David brings over 30 years of highly successful business and technical leadership at startup companies as well as the major international corporations, having performed in roles of development engineering, product management, marketing, sales support and customer support for applications in the telephone networks of the major US and international operators, leveraging an energetic, people- oriented approach. Prior to joining VUELIVE, David successfully integrated the acquisition of IPCell as Director of Engineering at Cisco Systems from 2000 to 2005 and lead the product development of Cisco’s VoIP softswitch business unit, achieving widespread deployment of the BTS 10200 to major accounts in cable, service provider, enterprise and international carrier markets. IPCell was a phenomenal startup in VoIP technology which built a vigorous engineering team of over 100 and completed three product releases within one year. IPCell was acquired by Cisco in October 2000. David has also held management positions with Alcatel and DSC as VP/GM of the Intelligent Networks Products Group, VP of International Marketing, VP of Advanced Technology and Marketing and VP of Product Development for switching product lines, including STP, IN, Motorola, MCI 600E and CLDC. David holds a MS Degree in Computer Science from Purdue University and a BA Degree from Wabash College. |

Jack Lee, VP of Engineering As VP of Engineering, Jack directs all software development for both our onsite and offsite teams, in the delivery of our patented video solutions. Mr. Lee brings over 25 years of technical leadership and extensive experience in software development with a proven track record of leading software engineering teams to deliver high quality software products on time within budget through formal software life cycle processes using recognized industry standard development methodologies and practices. Prior to joining VUELIVE, Mr. Lee was a Senior Development Manager with Tekelec, Inc., a telecommunication switching solution based on a soft-switch and media gateway technology. At Tekelec, Jack managed on-site and offshore EMS engineering teams that designed and developed EMS software infrastructure and element management functions. Jack has also held management and engineering positions with Samsung Telecommunications, DSET, Tandem Telecommunications and DSC Communications. Mr. Lee holds a BA in English from Fu Jen Catholic University and a Masters in Computer Science from Texas A&M, Commerce. |
