VUELIVE Remote

VUELIVE Remote is a versatile solution that gives enterprises or individuals the ability to broadcast high-quality LIVE video content to and from remote locations in either one or two-way communications. By using a video camera and a laptop, field personnel can transmit and receive LIVE video/audio over a wireless network or low bandwidth Internet connection.

In a one-way communications configuration, VUELIVE Remote delivers high-quality LIVE video from remote locations to a broadcast studio without the need for field vehicles loaded with expensive transmission equipment. A field reporter captures content for use in a broadcast with a camera and a laptop and transmits using a wireless connection. The audio/video stream is received at a workstation in the broadcast studio and converted to SD-SDI output via a PCIe card.

Without the need for expensive transmission trucks, news agencies can:

The content can be sent to maintenance crews or experts in their field such as engineers, doctors, and mechanics for a variety of needs.

  • Location Restrictions - content is unreachable or so remote that traveling to the location is not an option (inside underground pipes and wells)
  • Time Sensitivity - situation is so time sensitive that immediate review in-person is not possible (medical emergencies, security)
Our patented core technology, Lightning Strike™ (LSVX), is a video encoder/decoder (codec) that is considered one of the best in the world for delivering high quality video at very low bandwidths.
